Equipment Service Guarantee

Blizzard personnel are fully trained in the operation and maintenance of Blizzard Twin Bowl Frozen Dispenser and Blizzard Hot Chocolate Dispenser.                      

A Service Hotline is provided to enable the operator to communicate any equipment/operational concerns.

Blizzard guarantee to respond to concerns by telephone initially and if required, dispatch an experienced technician to the outlet:

  • the same day if the service request is reported prior to 10am, or
  • the next day if the service request is reported after 10am
        (may vary in some regional/country areas)
